As a key community institution in the heart of the Adirondacks for over a century, Adirondack Health takes tremendous pride in delivering a legacy of healing to the residents and visitors who cherish the unequaled characteristics of the region.
Adirondack Health sought to address the challenge of navigating through a plethora of content and locating important pages and customer service tools on their previous website. To tackle this issue, Counterpoint Media was engaged to conduct initial requirements gathering, strategic planning, and information architecture. Subsequently, Counterpoint Media delivered an information architecture document (flowchart) that effectively resolved these navigation issues.
