The Village Mercantile is a community-owned store located in Saranac Lake, New York, which specializes in Adirondack-made crafts, clothing and home goods.

As a component of a comprehensive rebranding initiative, Counterpoint Media was tasked with spearheading a website overhaul. This encompassed developing a fresh design, optimizing user experience (UX), restructuring content, transitioning store sales to an online platform, and seamlessly integrating website merchandise with the point-of-sale (POS) system utilized in-store.
